Y’Yquem 2019 The dry white wine of Chateau Yquem. The quality of this wine is improving year in year out. Very floral nose, citrus fruits with good balance of acidity. An excellent Y with a round, ripe stone fruit flavour profile, extremely successful with silky-textured nectarine, apricot and mango fruits, given definition and lift by lime blossom and citrus peel. Around 6g/l residual sugar in this, to give a whisper of the main estate wine, although here with a majority of Sauvignon Blanc. – Jane Anson, Decanter
