From vines with an average age of 45 years. Lovely mid lemon yellow. Riper in bouquet but very charming. This Meursault Chevalières has a fine fresh mineral thread, and really excellent persistence. If the mid palate fills out a little more this could challenge for a fifth star. Tasted: February 2022—Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy
