From relatively old vines, averaging 50 years. Once again there is a little touch of green in the colour, a touch of sweeter yellow plum fruit, a softer, more buttery finish, and some spice too. Definitely ripe but not too heavy, Tasted: February 2021. –Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy
