TASTING NOTES:
Let this sit in a glass for about 15 minutes before it starts to sing.
- Nose: cherry compote, salted caramel, orange oil, rickhouse oak funk , brown sugar, and baking spices
- Palate: spicy orange cream soda, well-balanced oak, cherry; a sneaky long finish w/ toffee, ginger, leather, cinnamon pop rocks and a hint of camp nelson oak funk.
