Roca Patrón represents a traditional, artisanal approach to tequila making. Crafted using the centuries-old tahona process, this añejo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave that’s baked in small brick ovens and crushed with a volcanic stone wheel.
After fermentation and distillation, Roca Patrón Añejo is aged for around 14 months in American oak barrels, developing a rich complexity perfect for sipping.
