- Koch Lumbre is made with 100 percent wild maguey Lumbre, a type of maguey that isn’t widely used, or at least not under that name. Pedro Hernandez, a mezcalero from San Baltazar, created this mezcal. It has a sweet, fresh cocoa taste.
