The name of the institution appears on the label along with the name of the producing estate, Lucien Le Moine for this 2015 vintage. Lucien Le Moine is a small Burgundian House and their philosophy includes using polished winemaking techniques and producing high-aging-potential wines. This Premier Cru wine stems from the Les Avaux appellation, specifically from the Clos des Avaux vineyard.
