The new bourbon’s dawn has come. From the hit TV show “The Vampire Diaries,” Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley developed “The Salvatore Brothers,” a fictional Bond created by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. For more than a decade, they cemented their connection by sipping bourbon on and off-screen.

- Palate: Toasted cereal grain, honey suckle, dried fruit, black tea, spice
