Anee Fine Calvados Cuvee des Capucins 700ml

Calvados is a fruit distillate of cider made from crushed apples. The designation is protected by French law and the production takes place in Normandy in northwestern France. The Calvados area has three sub-regions of which the Pays d’Auge, where Aneé is produced, is generally considered the best. Anée is made from the Binet Rouge and Frequin Rouge apple varieties. The cider is distilled in stills up to a hundred times during one flow. This method produces a distillate of the absolute highest class.
